The Best Yellow Pea Soup
This soup has been around for at least 50 years. It's a thick smooth pea soup that goes great with a sandwich! I buy it by the case as it's not avaliable locally, and only Amazon carries it..

Great Soup
Great Soup....even though in Canada it's only a $1.00 a can!!! On Ebay in April it will be 3 cans for $8.00 plus shipping. What a deal!!!

best darn pea soup in the world
we lived in new england and ate this soup all the time. We moved to Florida and really missed the taste of this great soup so now we pay extra just to be able to eat it again. It is all worth it although we don't eat as much as we use to.

Surprising
When my secretary brought a couple of cans of this back from a trip to Alberta as a little gift nosh, I had serious doubts.
I'm from SoCal, the home of Pea Soup Anderson's. For years I had friends tell me how legendary and delicious Anderson's pea soup was, and that I must have it in the restaurant or from the can. When I finally did try it, I politely got up and spit it out in the rest room. It was the worst thing ever tasted, honest. I guess I was jaded by the fetching Mrs.' home made recipe, which is superb.
I expected much the same reaction to this product. Really, how good can canned pea soup be?
Very good, in this case. Blend in a cubed ham steak and top with fresh chopped parsely, and it will seem like you cooked all day.

Delicious soup!
This is simply a delicious soup, and perfect for dipping heavily buttered bread or toast. Unlike so many other good tasting soups, this does not contain MSG. It's a shame this type of soup is so difficult to find in the States.
