Product DescriptionPeople are drawn to the vibrant, tangy flavors found only in goat cheese. Great goat cheeses capture the essence of their native pastures and often exhibit fresh flavors such as of thyme, tarragon, rosemary, lemongrass and pine. Their ease of digestion, particularly for the lactose intolerant among us, is another reason for the popularity of goat cheese. For many however, goat cheese remains misunderstood. A persistent victim of 'milk-prejudice,' it is our goal to bring goat cheese to the masses. Our Great Goat Cheese Assortment includes a selection of cheeses from four distinct countries: Majorero (Spain): From the beautiful island of Feurteventura in the Canary Islands, Majorero possesses a lively acidity and a slight piquancy on the palate. It is creamy with a mouth-watering, long-lasting flavor, full of rosemary and pepper. Buche de Chevre (France): This wonderful goat's milk cheese from Poitou in the Loire Valley is aged for two months, during which time it develops a hard, edible crust complete with a bloomy white mold coating. It is sharp and tangy near the rind and gets progressively richer and creamier toward the center. Cornelia (Holland): Cornelia is made from a single herd of goats that graze on pastures of natural grasses and wild herbs. This old-world style of raising goats yields a remarkably flavorful milk that gives Cornelia an abundance of character. Capradoro (Italy): Sardoformaggi (established in 1963) gets its milk for Capradoro from Sardinia's beautiful hilly interior where rosemary, sage, myrtle and juniper grow wild. This aged goat's milk cheese has a hard flaky texture and a flavor with incredible floral notes and a refreshing lemony tang. Adobe-Macromedia: Separating Fact from Fiction

The proposed acquisition of Macromedia by Adobe is not a done deal. Both companies are under the scrutiny of the SEC, and it must also be approved by stockholders. While Macromedia/Adobe gives this process three to nine months, some industry analysts feel that is being overly optimistic. But assuming that all is goes as planned, Macromedia will cease to exist. Everything will be in the Adobe name and with the Adobe interface.
