Body Relief Pads
Ihave tried a few different brands of pads and this is the most well made .It uses high quality materials that are easy to use. No adhesive that is hard to get off and put on because they are to thin(cheap,cheap)and I am not a little bird. Or pads that are only half full, and I walk around smelling like a tossed salad-the vinegar. I also have a rotator cuff tear, and I swear these are the only pain relief that gets me through the night.

BodyRelief Detox Foot Pads 10 Per Packet
I bought these foot pads because it was stated that they would promote restful sleep. I applied them the first night and when I woke up after a great night's sleep (the first in a long time), I was amazed to find that I could get out of bed pain-free -- the sciatica that I had for more than 15 years was 90% gone! Since I never expected this, it proves that these pads don't work by "mind over matter" as some critics say. I believe the only people who don't benefit by these pads are the ones who don't try them!

excellent Product
Excellent product had swelling in feet swellin was reduced in a matter of a week using this product. Will definitely use the pads again.

No Change
I'm 61 years old, a health nut and eat very well. I was intrigued by all the ads regarding detox pads. I bought these pads over others because of the good reviews on Amazon and other sites. I ordered a months worth and followed the directions to a tee. I kept waiting to feel some change, i.e. more energy, etc. but after one month there was absolutely no change in my body at all. They were very easy to put on but in the morning it was a different story. It took a lot of scrubbing to get the smell and the adhesive off. (I would stick to the floor if I didn't remove the adhesive!) The smell was like an old musty barbecue pit. Even my sheets smelled. Actually it's the smell of wet tree bark. The pads did get wet and dark, but obviously when a part of the body is cut off from air, it will sweat in tha spot, therefore, the wet dark substance. I kept hoping through the process that I would feel something and kept a positive attitude, but, alas, the month finished with me feeling the same as in the beginning. Not worth the money I spent.

I Didn't Believe It Until I Tried It
I was very skeptical about this product but after reading the reviews I thought I would check it out. The pads are easy to apply and boy are they black the next morning. Now this is my experience. The first day after I wore them I felt really good, but I couldn't think of why. I had totally forgotten about the foot pads. Next day same thing. I believe these really do make me feel better and it's not in my head. Even if it is, I feel great and these are a remarkable product.
